Our
Policies
Returns:
Returns are allowed up to 30 days from date of receipt. Email us and let
us know the reason for the return and we will give you a return
authorization. You can choose a store credit, a replacement item, or a
refund. If you choose a refund, we will refund the price you paid
for the merchandise but not the shipping charges. Replacement items
will be shipped to you with no additional shipping charges.
Special orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
We must
receive the returned item in new condition for a full refund of the price
of the item.
Most of the
items at Dog Whimsy and Pet Gifts International website are shipped
directly from our shop in Texas. Some of our items are drop shipped
directly from the manufacturer or the artist. We need to know if you
have a problem with a shipment or with merchandise.

merchandise donations from us
for your fundraiser.
We have allotted part of our proceeds
to help our four legged friends in need.
We will need you to provide your group's name, contact person,
mailing address, telephone number, date of event and type of event
(auction, raffle, etc.)
