Privacy Statement
 Here at Dog Whimsy and Pet Gifts International we value your privacy and we do not share any information with any other organization.  We comply with the standards and guidelines set forth by the OECD and adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines.  Our written privacy statement is on the following page:  Privacy Statement

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight of your purchase and the amount will be added onto your bill and will appear on your order confirmation which will be emailed to you.  We do not add a handling fee.  Minimum shipping and handling is $1.50.  We ship UPS and USPS.  If your package weighs less than 12 oz. we usually ship by USPS First Class Mail unless you prefer otherwise.  Over 12 oz., we will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever method is cheaper unless you prefer otherwise.   APO or PO Boxes must be shipped USPS.  We will try to pick the most cost effective way to ship your product.   Flint River Ranch Dog Food includes shipping as long as the order is over $9.  Some items may be marked "price includes shipping".   Your emailed order confirmation or telephone will include the shipping charges. 

Sales Tax If we mail your order to a Texas address, an additional 6.25% Texas sales tax will be added and will appear on your order confirmation.

 
Ordering By Telephone
You may place your order by telephone.  If using a credit card, we would like to hear from you by telephone where you can securely give us your credit card number.  Our toll-free telephone number is 1-866-Dog-Whimsy (1-866-364-9446). Or, you can call us at 281-356-3738.
Ordering By Check or Money Order
If you are paying by check or money order you will be emailed an order confirmation with  the total amount due and our mailing address. Your order will be shipped when we receive your check or money order. 

Ordering By Credit Card
 PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN AN EMAIL OR ON YOUR ORDER FORM. THIS IS NOT A SECURE ORDER FORM.

At the present time we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.  If you have never ordered with your credit card at Dog Whimsy or Pet Gifts International,  call us to give us  your credit card information by telephone. If you have ordered from us before and wish to use the same credit card you used before, mark the box, "Use credit card on file". Never put your credit card information in an email.

 IF AN ERROR IS MADE DURING ORDERING, fill out a new order form with the correct information on it and submit it again. Under "comments" let us know to disregard the first order. Or simply call us or email us at dogwhimsy@dogwhimsy.com and give us the corrected information. Make sure you get an email confirmation with the correct ordering information on it. You should always get an order confirmation by email to double check your order before it is processed. If you don't get an order confirmation within 24 hours please email or call us.
