Information and Order Form
If you have never purchased from Pet Gifts
International, please review our Purchasing Requirements and fill out
the Wholesale Application prior to your first order. The Wholesale

Wholesale Application
Ordering Information
A
minimum purchase of $100 is required for your firest order.
Reorder minimum is $50. Orders less than $50 will be charged a
$2.00 fee. There is no minimum order for
custom products.
We do drop ship directly to your customer with no minimum purchase
required. There is a $2.00 drop ship fee per order. There
is no drop ship fee for custom products. We prefer to ship via
UPS so please take that into consideration when you calculate shipping
costs.
Easiest Way:
Go to our website (we get new merchandise in weekly), make your list
of items you wish to purchase including item number and brief
description and call our toll free line to place your order. We
love to talk to you and we will be happy to check stock levels and
give you an idea as to when your order will leave our warehouse.
We try to ship the same day you order or the next day after you order.
Custom purses take longer.
By Telephone:
We take orders between the hours of 8 AM
and 7 PM Central Time. If you get our machine we are usually on the other
line. You can leave a message or call us right back.

You may use our
Fax Order Form
or your own.
Our Fax number is 281-356-4650. We
will call you, fax you back, or email you with an order confirmation.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 business day, please
contact us again.
By Internet
You may use the order form
below or, if you are a returning customer with an order, you may simply
email us your order. If you email us, make sure you give us
your full name, the name of your company and your company telephone
number. We file everything by Company name so don't forget to
give us that information so we don't have to spend a lot of time
trying to find your information. We have many clients with the
same or similar store names and we do not want to send your product to
the wrong place. If you do not have a credit card on file
you will need to call our toll free number at 1-866-738-2247 to give us your
credit card information or fax in your order.
Payments Accepted
We
accept Visa, Master Card and American Express, and PayPal.
Unfortunately, we no longer accept COD. If you wish to
pay by check, you can
mail your check prior to shipment and wait for your check to clear.
Out of USA? Your best bet is to use Paypal or credit card.
Sorry, we do not offer terms.

If you are ordering via our website and have never ordered with your
credit card at Pet Gifts International, call us to give us your credit
card information by telephone. If you have ordered from Pet Gifts International
before and wish to use the same credit card you used before, mark the box, "Use
credit card on file". Never put your credit card information in an email.

SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE INTERNET OR IN AN EMAIL AS WE DO
NOT HAVE A SECURE ORDER FORM.
Paying
By PayPal.com
PayPal.com is
an online payment system that is secure and free. If you already have a PayPal
account we will email you your order confirmation with your total and directions
on paying though PayPal. If you would like to have the benefits of a PayPal
account and have a major credit card or bank account, you can open it simply and
easily by clicking on this link.

Paying by check
If you would like to pay with a check or money order you can mail your check to us
before we ship your order and wait for your check to clear. WE do accept
Visa and MasterCard Check Cards.
COD must be by cashier's check or money order until you have established a good
record with us. Bank and credit references may be provided for all COD
orders that are not paid with a cashier's check or money order.
Bank and credit references may be faxed to 281-356-4650.
Shipping Information
US Shipments:
Shipping Charges
will be calculated based on the total weight of your purchase and the amount
will be added onto your bill. We usually ship UPS ground unless otherwise agreed upon.
We no longer ship COD.
International Shipments:
We can ship your order by UPS, US Postal Service or by DHL Courier. We will
work with you to find the cheapest or fastest way to deliver your order.
Returns
We must be notified of damaged merchandise within 5 business days of
shipment receipt to give credit. We will replace any factory
defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
